The unit cooling my second floor was blowing inconsistently cool then warm air. Thought possibly the unit was shot and looking at coming out of pocket for a new unit. The crew at Aloha showed up timely, went to work asking me questions and then I left them alone to work. They figured out the problem…a bad capacitor. Parts and labor very reasonable compared to the alternative. They guys left me a detailed invoice with warranty. I like working with these guys, they know their stuff and have already referred them to a business associate which they were able to resolve at a descent price. Go Aloha!

We are in process of selling our home and needed inspection of our HVAC after the inspection noticed some rust stained water coming from it…we called them and scheduled an appointment($20 to come out) and were quoted $75 an hour to open HVAC and check for any issues or repairs needed…the tech came out and checked HVAC and reassured us everything was fine without evening needing to open up HVAC even though we had approved the $75 charge…we appreciated the honest assement as from previous experiences I’ve often found some companies/contractors can take advantage of pre-approvals and try milk as much money out of you as possible but these guys are clearly honest company and they wrote us out a inspection report and everything in the end cost us only $20!!!!!!!

It’s 115 and our A/C went out. I called Aloha at 3:20pm. Their repairman, Rodney, was at our house in 45 minutes. (Super nice guy, very respectful, and completely honest about what he might find before he started so there were no surprises.) He checked everything… our filters, our thermostat, our breakers, our return, and, of course, our A/C unit. He left no stone unturned making sure that all components to our A/C system were working properly. Luckily we only needed a new fan motor and capacitor, both of which he had on the truck. He didn’t try and upsell anything. We went from no A/C at 3pm to completely repaired and breezing gloriously A/C at 6pm. I am so pleased with the service we received today. Thank you so much for running such a great company with such awesome employees!

We purchased our Trane system from Aloha in 2006, and had our first “problem” on a hot July day nine years later. “Freddie” arrived at our house about 35 minutes after we called, and within three hours of our call (which included travel to get some parts), he had everything working again. We had a problem with our ac last summer that they came out an fixed.

Well this winter we had an even larger problem that eventually required replacing the whole system due to a un fixable mechanical problem. They were diligent in dealing with the distributor to get our unit replaced they kept us informed and have done the type of job that should have been done in the first place. All of the employees there are friendly and respectful and pleasant. They take pride in the work they do and it is appreciated. If you have a problem these are the guys for you.
